Quality Manager

With deep expertise in injection molding, automation, and supplier quality, Moe is leading quality assurance and compliance initiatives at Cary Products. His structured, systems-based approach ensures that each part meets the highest industry standards. Caroline Small
Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator
Caroline Small brings a strong foundation in operations, logistics, and customer service. In her role as Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, she manages order processing, shipment coordination, and warehouse purchasing with an emphasis on detail and efficiency. Caroline earned degrees in Global Studies and Professional Business Writing from UC Santa Barbara, developing a skill set that combines strategic thinking and clear communication. Her focus on process improvement and operational excellence aligns with Cary Products’ high standards for service delivery and performance.
Chrissy Hatley
Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator
Chrissy Hatley serves as an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, managing the order process from start to finish. She works closely with customers, production, and purchasing to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations. Chrissy brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
